WOW What a miracle,Meet this young 16 years girl who gave birth to triplets.
Her name is Helen Ezeh and she gave birth to this triplets as 2014 was coming to an end at a community hospital in Isoko North LGA of Delta State.
Although the children were born prematurely, they are said to be in good health and Helen too is ok
