The Cardinal Okogie Has Calls Out Ayo Oritsejafor, Says CAN Has No Leader Yet

Cardinal Olubunmi Okogie, the first President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, and former Archbishop of Lagos,has shared his own thoughts on the current leadership of CAN by pastor oritsejafor. 

He said the Christian body has no leadership and that Pres. Jonathan and Pastor Oritsejafor deserve to be sued over the recent $9.3m South African arms deal scandal. He also said the President Jonathan doesn't deserve a second term.

"We have to be praying for this kind of people, for them to have a change of heart. What are they looking for with jet? Another one said, “Jesus said go into the whole world and evangelize, so how can I go into the whole world, with what? I need a plane to be able to go to the whole world.” Even the devil can quote scripture.

The journalist who published the audio recording of T.B Joshua offering N50k to journalist to give his church favorable coverage name Nicholas Ibekwe. He took to his blog today to explain why he did it.

The last 72 hours were probably the most intense in my life. The love, kind words and support I’ve received in that period from, mostly, total strangers have been overwhelming. I want to thank everybody who saw the good in what I did. Though, to be honest, I think it was a little stupid. What was I thinking putting my life and probably my career on the line in an attempt to change something so entrenched it seems unchangeable?  But really I’m not fazed by the trash talk from those allergic to the truth.

Nigeria Police Detonate Two Explosive Devices At The University Of Uyo---

The Nigeria police command in Akwa Ibom said that they  had detonated two Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs)which was found in the male hostel of University of Uyo. Confirming the incident in Uyo on Monday, the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Etim Dickson, told newsmen that the explosives were home-made.

Dickson, who said that the IEDs were likely produced by science students of the university, said investigations had commenced on the matter.
